Upper 90 Soccer School combines technical training exercises with an enthusiastic coaching staff, making it New York City’s premier training experience.

Lessons take place on our indoor New York Cosmos field, a 750-square foot turfed and padded area.

Children are grouped according to age and ability and are taught by our highly-experienced coaching staff.

Classes are 60 minutes long and emphasize soccer fundamentals. Students learn the skills needed to succeed on the field while also developing a better understanding of the game. Our coaches take pride in creating an atmosphere where a student’s knowledge and confidence can soar.

A typical class will include:

• Warm up and stretching activities
• Skills-building games and drills
• Tactical exercises
