Return Policy
Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Upper 90 will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).

Upper 90 processes refunds within 30 days. Please allow for transit time for Upper 90 to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), for processing upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and for the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu. Click the Return Item(s) button. Upper 90 will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Delivery Policy
Upper 90 Soccer + Sport ships via UPS or the USPS. Please select your preferred option during checkout.

Upper 90 processes all orders between 10:00am and 5:00pm (EST), Monday through Friday. Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 12 business days, depending upon the distance from our delivery center.

Upper 90 offers free, same-day delivery in Manhattan for any orders received before 3:00pm, provided the item is in stock.

General rates based on USPS and UPS shipping rates are as follows:

$75.01 - $100 = $9.00
$100.01 - $150 = $10.00
$150.01 - $200 = $12.00
$200.01 - $250 = $13.00
$250.01 - $350 = $16.00
$350.01 - $500 = $20.00
Over $500.00 = By Percentage

Customers can upgrade to Express 2 Day Shipping for an additional $9.00 on top of the Regular Ground shipping rate to have items delivered within two business days. Please note that must we receive your order before 5:00pm (EST) to ensure proper processing.

Customers can also upgrade to Next Day Express Shipping for an additional $15.00 on top of the Regular Ground shipping rate to have items delivered the next business day. Please note that must we receive your order before 5:00pm (EST) to ensure proper processing.

International Orders
All international orders are subject to a $10.00 handling fee plus a flat rate fee of $12.00 per item per order.
