Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Upper 90 Soccer + Sport uses UPS or USPS shipping services. Your option is availabe through the checkout process.

All orders from u90soccer.com are processed between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 12 business days, depending on your distance from our delivery center.

MANHATTAN DELIVERY
Upper 90 offers free, same day delivery in Manhattan for any orders received before 3pm, if the item is in stock.

Our general rates based on USPS and UPS shipping rates are as follows:

$100.01 - $150 = $10.00

$250.01 - $350 = $16.00
$350.01 - $500 = $20.00
Over $500.00 = By Percentage

2nd Day SHIPPING POLICY
You can upgrade to Express 2 Day Shipping for an additional $9.00 onto the Regular Ground shipping rate and have your items delivered within two business days, provided that we receive your order before 5 p.m. (EST).

Express SHIPPING POLICY
You can also order Express Shipping for an additional $15.00 onto the Regular Ground shipping rate and have your items delivered the next business day, provided that we receive your order before 5 p.m. (EST).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY
All international orders are subject to a $10.00 handling fee plus a flat rate fee of $12.00 per item per order.
