What is your return policy?
Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Upper 90 will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).

How long until I receive my refund?
Upper 90 will process your refund within Upper 90 will process your refund within 30 days. Please allow for transit time for Upper 90 to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), for processing upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and for the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How do I request a refund?
If you want to return an item, please login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu. Click the Return Item(s) button. Upper 90 will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You may also email us at returns@u90soccer.com.

What is your delivery policy?
Upper 90 Soccer + Sport ships via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please select your preferred option during checkout.

When will I receive my order?
Upper 90 processes all orders between 10:00am and 5:00pm (EST), Monday through Friday. Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 12 business days, depending upon the distance from our delivery center.

Does Upper 90 deliver in Manhattan?
Upper 90 offers free, same-day delivery in Manhattan for any orders received before 3:00pm, provided the item is in stock.

What are your domestic shipping rates?
General rates based on USPS and UPS shipping rates are as follows:

UPS 3DAY Select: $12-$20
USPS Priority Mail for Puerto Rico/Hawaii/Alaska: $14.50
UPS 2DAY Air: $20-$30

All orders over $100 will qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

What is your international shipping policy?
Upper 90 does not currently accept online orders from outside of the United States. If you live outside of the US and wish to order from us, please contact us at +1 (646) 863-3105 and we will gladly take your order over the phone and provide you with the specified rate and timing for shipping to your locale.

Upper 90 is located at 697 Amsterdam Avenue in Manhattan, at the corner of 94th Street, and at 359 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, between Hoyt and Bond Streets.

To reach our Manhattan location by subway, take the 1, 2, or 3 trains to 96th Street and Broadway, or take the B or C trains to 96th Street and Central Park West.

To reach our Brooklyn location by subway, take the A, C or G trains to Hoyt-Schermerhorn, the F trains to Bergen Street, or the M, N, Q, R, B, D, 2, 3, 4 or 5 trains to Atlantic Avenue.
